Reseller FAQ

• What are the requirements for becoming a reseller?  There are no minimum requirements, and there is no financial outlay.  As a reseller, you have access to either your own website, an opt-in mailing list, or some other means of marketing to potential storefront customers.

• Do I need a website to become a reseller?  No.  However, having a web presence, such as a website, attracting potential storefronts is ideal.  But other forms of promotion include Facebook fan pages, social media interactions, opt-in mailing lists, access to online forums, etc.

• How much does becoming a reseller cost?  Becoming a reseller is FREE!  There are absolutely no hidden costs or fees.

• What are the reseller's responsibilities?  As a reseller, your responsibility is to represent the Zibaba brand in a fair and honest fashion and not to spam nor misrepresent the brand in any way.

• Should I include price information?  It is not necessary to include price information, but it is preferable to make all details readily available to potential storefront holders.

• How and when are pay-outs made?  Zibaba pays resellers via PayPal or check on the 15th of every month, provided that the reseller has reached the $75 commission threshold.  If the reseller does not reach the threshold, the commission rolls over into the next month.

• What is a reseller/tracking link?  A URL that is generated within our reseller management tool that enables purchases to be associated and linked to the respective reseller account.

• Is there a Zibaba reseller support team?  Absolutely.  Please see our contact page.

• How do I join? Joining is simple!  Just click here to register as a reseller!

• What is a Facebook social storefront?  An online storefront embedded in a Facebook fan page enabling a merchant to sell to fans and non-fans alike.  The merchant can choose to have a cashier within the Facebook environment or within their own website. 

•  I would like to feature Zibaba on more than one website. Do I need to complete a separate application for each site? No.  Each tracking link that is generated can be used on as many sites as you want.

• What is the payment model for a reseller?  Zibaba pays out 25% of the monthly fee paid by each Zibaba client that you bring in for the lifetime of that client.
