Cancellation ProcedureIf you wish to cancel at any time during or after your trial period, please use the following link: http://home.plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support You will be redirected to the Customer Support area of our payment processing partner. Below are four simple steps needed in order to complete the cancellation process. Step 1 - Enter your order reference number. This can be found in the email that you received when you first signed up for your Facebook storefront. See example below:
Step 2 - Enter the same email address that you used to apply for your Facebook store.
Step 3 -Select 'Cancel Subscription' and press 'Next', located at the bottom of the page.
Step 4 - Indicate your plan by placing a tick in the box. Then click on 'Cancel Subscriptions'.
Alternatively you can send an email to our customer support – cs@zibaba.com with the subject line “Please Cancel my Store Front Account”. Please ensure to include your username. In an effort to improve our products and our service, we would be grateful if you could indicate why you have made the decision to cancel. |
