Zibaba to Launch Reseller Program for Strategic Partners

After much demand, Israeli startup company, Zibaba will launch a reseller program enabling strategic partners to promote Zibaba’s unique Facebook storefront and full e-commerce platform.

“Since we launched our Facebook storefront application in December we have been inundated with requests from potential strategic partners wanting to know how they can work with us,” stated Ronen Shlomo, CEO of Zibaba (www.zibaba.com).  “So now it makes sense for us to follow this direction and create customized deals with serious strategic partners who understand the benefits of our Facebook storefront and related products”.

Zibaba’s Facebook storefront application hit the market in December.  Momentum and demand has grown rapidly.  Merchants wishing to take a storefront have the ability to upload items with pictures, descriptions and full Facebook social interaction with each and every product.  Since then Zibaba has also launched additional merchant services including Group Buy offers and an opt-in affiliate network, with no setup cost for the merchant.  Zibaba has also recently added an automated datafeed function, giving merchants the power to dynamically update their online catalogs.

Ronen continued “It’s not just another storefront application.  We want to give merchants all the tools necessary to succeed in the competitive marketplace of e-commerce.  We also want to make the user experience as smooth as possible.  When merchants decide to take our solution we give them all of the support and advice they need to run a successful online business inside Facebook.  This is why we have had so much interest from strategic partners wishing to promote our products”.

“We’re very excited about what the future holds for Zibaba and welcome potential partners with open arms,” commented Michael Katz, VP Business Development and Investor Relations.  “If they have the vision the see the writing on the wall at such an early stage, then we’re very keen to forge long lasting strategic relations.  Now that we have the storefront, Group Offers and an affiliate network, the next logical move for us is to integrate a full advertising solution incorporating the Facebook advertising and Google adword API’s directly into our storefront admin area.” Katz added.

Zibaba made a splash in the local Israeli press recently after being written about in the popular Israeli financial newspaper Calcalist.  “The Calcalist article brought a lot of positive attention to us,” Katz said.  “It brought in a flurry of potential investors who are able to see the future potential of Zibaba and our solid foundation in the world of Facebook marketing and development”.
